Correspondence with John G. Stewart, Director, Department of Animal Health, Pong-Tamale, Gold Coast (Ghana), concerning the veterinary and medical services, nutrition, education, and the co-operative movement, with much criticism by Stewart of the Administrative Service. There are references to the visit to the Gold Coast (Ghana) in 1944 of Creech Jones and Julian Huxley with the West African Educational Mission (fols. 31-34).
