Two letters from Rita Hinden to Michael Stewart, MP, asking him (1) to assist in the establishment of an India Section of the Fabian Society, and (2) to table two Questions on the proposals for the new Constitution for Ceylon (Sri Lanka), and a reply from him saying that as Government Whip he was unable to table Questions himself but hoped to cooperate in other ways with the FCB.
