- (fols. 9-48) memoranda, agenda and reports of meetings Nos 1, 2, 4, 6, and 11 of the Commission, of which Creech Jones was Chairman, 3 Dec 1957-16 Jul 1959. These papers carry the letters PG (Parliamentary Group) followed by figures that indicate the date: (fol. 15) Minutes of Meeting of the Parliamentary Group for World Government, at which E.L. Mallalieu spoke about proposals for a World Investment Code, 18 Dec 1957; (fols. 25-26) draft of questionnaire to assist the enquiries of the Commission, n.d.; (fols. 29-33) Interim Report, 24 Jul 1958; (fols. 38-43) Interim Report No. 2, and Professor S.H. Frankel's comments on it, 7 Jul 1959; (fols. 47-48) comments on Report of Commission on a World Investment Code, quoting the views of 15 different people, 16 Jul 1959;
