Card index of MPs, and Classified Parliamentary Questions in typescript. The classification is mainly territorial, indexed with an alphabetical code. The date, subject, number of column in Hansard, and name of the MP who put the Question are given:
- (fols. 1-58) card index of MPs with notes of Questions put by them, 1951-1955
- book 1: carton containing loose leaves, previously held in ring folders, tied together in three sections, each with an index. In addition to territorial divisions, certain subject classifications are included at the end: V. Migration, Immigration, Colour Bar; W. United Nations and specialised agencies; X. Colonial Territories - Economic; Y. Colonial Territories - Social and General, 1955-1962
- books 2 and 3: two ring folders, labelled Book I and Book II. The first division of the index is 'Commonwealth General, Prime Ministers' Conference, etc.'; otherwise, the classification is territorial, 1963-1967.
