- (fol. 3) letter from Helsinki, and a telegram asking for a Sarawak flag to be sent to him, 8 Aug 1973
- (fol. 4) letter from Helsinki, replying to her enquiry concerning the use of his letters about Sarawak and the writing of her memoirs, leaving all to her discretion; his reaction to her remark 'I owe it to you (and to our children) to explain how you were victimized from the moment you were born', 14 Sep 1973
- (fol. 5) letter from Gövik, Sweden, referring to Kathleen Brooke's memoirs as 'a noble undertaking', 30 Sep 1973
- (fol. 6) letter from Helsinki, about conditions in Finland and in England, and his view of 'the need to live a different kind of life with different attitudes to one another, so as to avoid destroying one another in the end', 18 Dec 1973
- (fols. 7-8) draft of cable from Kathleen Brooke to Anthony Brooke about the discovery of his Cession papers at Weybridge (see MSS. Pac. s. 83/19-26), and requesting his permission concerning their use and also the return to her of her personal letters to him (see MSS. Pac. s. 83/34, folders 1, 2, 6, and 7); and a postcard from Anthony Brooke in Santa Fe giving her 'full discretion', 11 Jul 1978.
