- folder 1: Untitled draft fragments of short story "Adolf Plumflower" published in Silver Circus, 1928.
- folder 2: Draft of short story "The Smith of Pretty Peter", 1931, published in Dunky Fitlow.
- folder 3: Draft short stories published in Polly Oliver, including "The Council of Seven", 1934; "Uncle Hobart", 1934; "The Banns", 1934; and "The Two Nurses", 1934.
