Robin Hodsgon succeeded Basil Feldman as Chairman of the National Union at a Central Council meeting in Harrogate, 29-30 Mar 1996 and served in this capacity until 1998. He was formerly Chairman, West Midlands CPC Area Advisory Committee, c1970s; Assistant Treasurer, West Midlands Area, 1985-1988; Treasurer, West Midlands Area, 1988-1991; Chairman, West Midlands Area, 1991-1994; and Vice-President, National Union, 1995-1996.
