Letters from Samuel Garbett; and Letters from King George III, 20th century
Microfilm contains letters from Samuel Garbett, Birmingham merchant and iron-founder, 1766-1785, 1786-1789, 1790-1792, 1792-1802, with many copies of correspondence of Garbett with, among others, Matthew Boulton, George Rose, William Pitt, Lord Liverpool and Josiah Wedgwood, and memoranda and notes on trade, industry and the coinage. Also includes letters from King George III, 1766-1783, with one copy and one draft of letters from Shelburne to the King, 1782-1783.
