Papers regarding the Stewarts, cousins of the Smyly family, some of whom were killed during the Boxer Rebellion.
Comprises:
- Folder 1: Volume Robert and Louisa Stewart by Mary Watson, articles on the Stewarts from the South China Morning Post, notes on the family by William Smyly and a letter regarding the family from Vivienne Smyly, 1895-2015.
- Folder 2: Writings by Stewart family survivors, including The Rehabilitation of Hong Kong by K. Stewart, Hong Kong Volunteers in Battle by Evan Stewart, and correspondence with William Smyly, c. 1945-2011.
