Correspondence for the period October 1925 to December 1929, with two items dated July 1896 and [February 1930]. The letters dated 1929 mainly relate to the establishment of the Hong Kong Branch of the English Association.

- Buxton, 1st Earl (Sydney Charles Buxton), with enclosures relating to the KCMG, 1925
- Gollan, Sir Henry Cowper, seven letters, with enclosure (extract from the Salary Commission's draft report dealing with Government House), with seven copy letters from Clementi to Gollan, 1929
- Hornell, Sir William Woodward, with covering letter from W.B. Finnigan and a copy of Clementi's reply, 1929
