Biographical / Historical

Thomas Biggs served in the Bombay Artillery from 1842. He was appointed photographer to the Bombay presidency in 1854. He was replaced by William Harry Pigou, a surgeon at the Bombay Medical Service and Calotypist. Little is known about A.C.B. Neill.
