Loose leaf pages from a lined exercise book containing diary entries for two separate holidays taken with her husband Charles. Watercolours, drawings in pencil, coloured pencil and pen-and-ink, photographs, postcards and other printed ephemera, as well as pressed flowers, are stuck onto pages.

  1. (fols. 1-77) 'Wettish in Wales', a motoring holiday in Wales, staying in South Wales for a week at Llangynidr, then moving north to Tal-Y-Cafn near Llandudno for the second week, visiting factories and coal mines as well as more picturesque places, 25 Jul-9 Aug 1958
  2. (fols. 78-107) 'Calm Waters: The story of a holiday week aboard a cruiser on the Oxford Canal', a circular trip starting from Braunston in Northamptonshire, as far south as Banbury, 19-26 Sep 1959.
