A letter from William Thomas to Richard Lockwood describing the death of Simon Harcourt, 1st Earl Harcourt, at Nuneham Park, Sept. 1777, and a photocopy and typescript transcript of a letter from Charlotte, Queen of Württemberg, to Elizabeth Harcourt, Countess Harcourt, Mar. 1823 which were found loose in the inside cover of the volume, are now MS.
