- Folder 1: Childhood letters, 1903 and 1904; notes from travels, 1911 and 1912; exercise books containing school essays and Latin vocabulary, 1911-1913; concert programmes, Mommsen-Gymnasium Berlin, 1913 and 1914; 'Bierzeitung', Mommsen-Gymnasium Berlin, 1914; school certificate and 'Zeugnis der Unbescholtenheit', 1911 and 1914.
- Folder 2: University certificates and diplomas, Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin, 1914-1915 and 1918-1921. Includes bound photocopy of PhD thesis, 'Zur Lehre vom Persönlichkeitsrecht', Breslau, 1921.
- Folder 3: Documents relating to military career, 1915-1918, including application as war volunteer, military passport, certificates relating to Konrad Braun's imprisonment as a prisoner-of-war in France, and certificates relating to war medal, 'Eisernes Kreuz'.
- Folder 4: Memorabilia of military service including account of time in prisoner-of-war camp in Saint Louis, France; newspaper of regimental veterans association 'Mitteilungen der kameradschaftlichen Vereinigung F.A.R. 183', 1924, 1931 and 1937; book, 'Das Feldartillerieregiment 183 im Weltkriege' including photographs from the Western Front, published 1927; booklet, 'Achtmalhunderttausend... Stimmen deutscher Dichter' including poem 'Verflucht nochmal' by Konrad Braun, published 1919.
- Folder 5: Documents relating to professional career as a jurist and judge, 1920-1935. Includes certificates, references, correspondence regarding appointment as Kammergerichtsrat (judge at the superior court of Prussia), 1932, and removal from office, 1935. Also includes photocopy of marriage certificate, 1934.
