Tables of various public officers and their fees, and other matters relating to the state of England, about the years 1574–1578 (as it appears from entries on fols. 9b, 14, and 20b), containing:

  1. the names of the Privy Council;
  2. the number of churches in each shire;
  3. the valuation of bishoprics and deaneries;
  4. the names of fugitives over the sea, as certified to the court of Exchequer, 19 Jan 1576;
  5. list of the nobility;
  6. names of the Queen's ships, with their furniture;
  7. sea-coast forts and castles, with their captains;
  8. state of the ordnance;
  9. different kinds of cannon, shot, and munitions of war;
  10. fees of the judges, of the officers in all public offices, and of the Queen's household.
