At fol. 41 is a petition from Sir Matt. Dudley and others to Q. Anne for a charter of incorporation for a company in New-England for the preparation of naval stores, a report thereon in 1702, and a draught of the charter; at fol. 60 a proposal for a company for raising hemp and flax in New England; and at fol. 49 an account of English ships, with their number of men, which imported from over sea into the port of London and cleared from thence in the year 1720.
