Ad initium est hæc nota: "Suum cuique; Tho. Hearne, 1723. Hemingi chartularium ecclesiæ Wigorniensis. I have printed this MS.," (2 vols. Oxon. 1723.) "at which time it belonged to Richard Graves of Mickleton in Gloucestershire, esq., being communicated to me by him to that end; but after it was printed he gave it me."
