Among the contents are short abstracts of Taylor's Life of Christ and Cave's Lives of the Apostles; and animadversions on Browne's Religio medici.

At the end is added "A synopsis of Councels," being a translation of bishop John Prideaux's Synopsis conciliorum.

The volume is written in a plain copyist's hand, and on the reverse of fol. 210 is the date, "Finit. anno Dom. MDCCXX."
