Also includes working papers of a UNESCO symposium on the impact of violence in the mass media, copy of the Criminal Justice Bill 1971 and transcript of speech given by Callaghan in Liverpool on 5th June 1970. 1970-1972

- Invitation for Callaghan to take part in a Channel 4 enquiry into policing in Britain alongside a document setting out the format of the programme. Also includes reports on the state of policing in the 1980s. 1986
