Portrait of Horatia Gaisford playing Amélina Petit de Billier's harp. On the verso, written in pencil, is "Horatia (the player the harp)". The name "Lady Mount Edgecumbe" is also written, but has been crossed out.

Biographical / Historical
Henrietta Horatia Maria Gaisford, née Feilding (1810-1851), was Talbot's half-sister. She married Thomas Gaisford (1816-1898) in 1850.
Amélina Petit de Billier (1798-1876), otherwise known as 'Mamie', was governess to Talbot's children and grew to become a close friend of the Talbot family.
