  1. title of James Dawkins of Rusley, Wiltshire, to Busby's capital messuage and estate in Over Norton, Chipping Norton and Salford
  2. title of James Dawkins of Over Norton to the North East part of Close, Over Norton, formerly belonging to John Witt
Bundle of five deeds (1684/1685-1727) endorsed "3 Ss", giving title of James Dawkins to the manors of Over Norton and Batlett's.

Bundle of fourteen deeds (1684/1685-1727) endorsed [illegible], also giving title to the manors of Over Norton and Bartlett's. Loose deed, (1684/1685) endorsed "3 Ps" concerning the same. One loose Court Roll of these manors (1759) with list of chief and quit-rents due to the Lord (Henry Dawkins), Michaelmas, 1799.
