Bundle of twelve deeds (1648/1649-1670) endorsed "3 Es", labelled "The title to house and land called Dixon's", giving title to:
  1. a messuage and three yardlands in Over Norton and Chipping Norton, and a barn and rickyard at the south end of Over Norton, conveyed to William Busbie by John Dixon of Little Rollright, Oxfordshire, gentleman, 22 Mar 1654/1655
  2. parcels of land in Over Norton conveyed to Nicholas Busby by Anne Dixon, widow of Henry Dixon, 23-24 May 1670
All the other deeds in the bundle are Dixon deeds, except for a bond of 10 Mar 1658/1659 between Edmund Bickerstaffe of Over Norton, yeoman, and William Bickerstaffe, his son and heir, on the one part, and William Bickerstaffe of Sandford, Oxfordshire, shepherd.

Bundle of six deeds (1626-1652) endorsed "3 Ns", labelled "The title to a house and land called Hacker's", giving:
  1. part of title (of MS. D.D. Dawkins c. 4, bundle endorsed "Z") to a messuage and 2 1/2 yardlands in Over Norton, a close of 5 acres in Over Norton called Broadcrofte, and parcels of land in Over Norton, Chipping Norton and Salford, 1626 and 1627, and leased for a year to Nicholas Busby by Thomas Hacker of Church Hill, Oxfordshire, gentleman, 1 Jul 1671
Also bargain and sale from Thomas and Elizabeth and William Smith to Samuel Hinton, of 3 acres in Over Norton, 1677, and bargain and sale from John Hacker to Giles Diston and Nehemiah Norgrove of a messuage, barn, garden plot, close, and 1 1/2 yardlands, all in Chipping Norton, 1692.
