Bundle of seventeen deeds (1735/1736-1799), labelled "12", including title of Henry Dawkins I to lands in Clarendon (1735/1736), of William Dawkins to lands in St. Mary's, Clarendon, St. Iago de la Vege and St. Andrew's (1747-1750) of James Dawkins (not James Dawkins of Rusley, Wiltshire) to a share in the states of his brother William (1753) and to lands in Clarendon, (1754) by Henry Dawkins II his attorney, after his departure to London; also of Henry Dawkins II(?) (1754-1777).

Bundle of legal memoranda (1780-1794), labelled "30", concerning four cases involving Henry Dawkins, concerning slaves, a bond and Parnassus Plantation.

Bundle of wills, etc. (1779-1839) giving title of George May Dawkins to the Pennant estates in Jamaica, left to him by John Pennant, the uncle of Henry Dawkins II.

Three loose papers; release settlement by James Egan of the moiety of Porn's Plantation, Clarendon (1763), bargain and sale to Henry Dawkins II of forty-two slaves (1773), dockets (1706-1756) of purchases and mortgages of James Dawkins, Henry Dawkins I, and William Dawkins, (1728-1756), of Tredway, (1708-1717) and of Sutton.
