The minutes cover the period 22 Dec 1930-3 Jun 1935. They are typescript with some manuscript additions and corrections. All members attending signed the minutes. The title page bears the inscription, 'These papers were in the possession of Dr. J.C.P. Miller, the last secretary of the committee, until late 1973. He then gave them to M.V. Wilkes who had them bound for preservation'. The volume includes annual lists of officers and members, 1933-1940 and 1943-1946.
