Four page manuscript memorandum by Haldane on the organizational problems at John Innes and his recommendations, 10 Dec 1936. In a covering letter to Dame Helen Gwynne-Vaughan, Haldane announces his forthcoming departure for Spain 'dictated both by patriotic and humanitarian motives'. This may be the memorandum which Darlington requested sight of from the Secretary of John Innes in 1968.
