Correspondence with Encounter and with the Society of Authors regarding this article which was a 'review of reviewers' of The Evolution of Man and Society. It was commissioned by the periodical in October 1969, despatched by Darlington in March 1970 but not published until December 1971, by which time Darlington had complained to the Society of Authors as he had in similar circumstances in 1965.
