  1. (fol. 1) The title and scheme of 'Lydyats Apparate or Prooeme to his New forme of Calendar', with the author's petition to the King from prison, Feb. 20, 1628/9, dedication to the King, Sept. 16, 1626, and chapter 18 of the work, about the lectionary, all copied;
  2. (fol. 18bv) 'Chronicall Canons', Feb. 16, 1643/4;
  3. (fol. 24) 'A discourse touching the beginning of the Empire of Artaxerxes Longimanus', May 14, 1630;
  4. (fol. 30d) Extracts from Greek historians bearing on chronology, in Greek;
  5. (fol. 61b) 'Chronicon mundi emendatum, auctore Th. L.', partly from the second part of his Emendatio Temporum, cf. fols. 134-37;
  6. (fol. 100) 'Nouissimum exemplar periodi Octodesex-centenariæ transcriptum ... 1643, ex quo illud transmissum ad D.D.P.';
  7. (fol. 106) The title and scheme as in fol. 1 above, with the petition, dedication, and the whole work, slightly imperfect, including 'rude rustike rimes' on the months, weather, and signs of the zodiac (fols. 191i, 195, 196) and lists of fairs (fol. 200), all autograph.
