7 larger notebooks containing notes on 'Zoologist References', 'Roosting of Corvidae', 'Animals kept in Captivity' (2 items), 'Incubation', 'Shells' (includes photographs) and 'Birds means of Protection of Offspring'. The notebooks include extracts from Dunlop's diaries and from publications, and later additions by F.C.R. Jourdain, 1843-1937.
