Notes of John 'Whitesides Opticks, very full', apparently the 17th, 18th and 19th of a 'course of mathematical lectures and experiments' (about 1720-25?). Whiteside was keeper of the Ashmolean Museum from 1714 till his death in 1729, and the lectures were delivered at Oxford.
