Under the first two letters of each name the arrangement is chronological, in two lists, and the volume will fortunately serve as an index to MS. Ital. b. 2. At fol. 89 is a list, with some details, of the 48 Senatori who were such on 'Jan. 18, 1596', i.e. 1596/7.
