Letters, chiefly addressed to miss H. Pigott, written in 1807-1840
Almost all in French and illustrating French political history: some have been printed in miss Pigott's Records of Real Life. Among them are many from S. C. Capadoce, from 1815 (fol. 15, etc.), and some from:
- (fols. 107, 100, etc.) Helene and Louise contesses de Hatzfeldt in 1818
- (fol. 119, etc.) Emilie baronne de St. Genies, from 1818
- (fol. 137, etc.) mrs. Harriet Pigott (aunt of miss Pigott), 1818-23.
