Custodial History
At p. iii is a letter from dr. J. A. Cramer, principal of New Inn Hall, June 1, 1847, presenting the MS. to the Savilian Library, and stating that it was owned by dr. Cramer's ancestor, prof. Gabriel Cramer, whose marginal notes in French show that he superintended the issue of the printed edition of 1744.
