  1. A chartulary of Welbeck in the custody of Robert Pierrepont, first earl of Kingston, Sept. 28, 1631, including notes from a 'liber memorandorum scriptus a fratre Johanne de Whytan anno domini 1356' (fol. 5)
  2. Fol. 91v. the register of Shrewsbury abbey, Oct. 7, 1631, 'penes Henricum Spelman, ut putatur; transcriptum in custodia Mr Hacknes of Lincoln's Inn', with a marginal note, 'I have seen the booke in sir Richard Leveson's hand of Trentham, co.
