'... Le tierch liure de la Fleur des Histoires', originally in two volumes, and called 'Listoire des Sains', written in the second half of the 15th cent. in Flanders
This is 'la premiere ou desreniere partie ... de la Legende Dorée.' This first part contains Lives of Saints from A--H, ending with st. Hubert, translated into French prose chiefly from the 'Legenda Aurea of Jacobus de Voragine', by Jean Mansel de Hesdin, with his anonymous prologue, and a list of contents. Fols. 12 & 23 are parchment.
