Comprises:
- (fol. 1) 'Here bigynneth a sermoun of maister Wiliam Taylour', on John vi. 5: beg. 'Unde ememus ... Now that dyuerse doctours moralizen.'.
- (fol. 30) '... The sermon of the horsedoun', on Matt. vii. 17: beg. 'Omnis arbor ... In the epistle of this day': ends 'now in heerynge, now', imperfect.
The book is fols. 44-75 of a larger volume.
