Includes:
- (fol. 1) 'Vita bead Gregorii papae': beg. 'Gregorius ||||| [i.e. Hac erased? E.W.B.N.] urbe Romana patre Gordiano', ends 'quarto iduum Martiarum': by Paulus Diaconus
- (fol. 11v) 'Incipit Vita sanctorum Syri et Iuentii Papiane urbis pontificum' ('Iuentii' is altered to 'Euentii', and the saint is sometimes called 'Juventius' or 'Inventius' by editors): beg. 'Caelestis exorta prosperitas.'.
This fragment contains gatherings v-viii (quaternions) of a larger volume.
