Bbeg. 'Τέσσαρίς είσιν άγώνας άγών περί άγω ό φέρων πολλήν όχλησιν': at end 'αφοη ίονλλίον ιηη: + τελες σύν Θεώ τών σχολίων ... ύπό 'Ανδρεον Δαρμαρίον του 'Επι + δανρίον. Νύν δέ Γαβρίηλον τού μητροπολίτον Φιλαδελφίας τού 'Επιδανρίον τού Σεβήρου. 'Εν Τολέτω τής 'Ισπανίας.'
