'Exemplar hic incipit tabule sine temporum fasciculi in monasterij [sancti Johannis Evangeliste] Colcestrensis sacra ede pendentis:' beg. 'Caput mundi. Prima die mundi creatus est mundus:' a short chronicle to A.D. 1382, written in A.D. 1526, and here copied not long after. It is divided into seven parts:

- Monastic orders
- 'Construcciones quorundam monasteriorum'
- 'Bellum regum Anglorum'
- 'Obitus quorumdam regum Anglie'
- 'De Colecestria et Coele'
- 'Qualiter cenobium Colcestriese inceperit' and 'de obitu abbatum huius ecclesie.'
The parchment cover bears a large coloured initial.
