The first twenty leaves (originally fols. 1-42, but fols. 21-42 are lost) consist of:

  1. A calendar (fol. 1)
  2. Services for Trinity Sunday, Corpus Christi and st. Miniato (Minias), and (fol. 16v) '... Lectionarium ... secundum consuetudinem Romane curie. scriptum per Leonardum Francisci de Orto. d. d. rectorem ecclesie sancti Miniatis inter turres de Florentia pro ipsa ecclesia. et quia alter liber eiusdem ecclesie. erat prolixius huiusmodi ordinis solum conscriptus. quantum potui In isto uolumine breuius mea propria manu scripsi. anno Domini. 1452. mensis Decembris die nona nona [sic] ...': imperfect

At fol. i is a letter about the MS. from G. Fabris to Canonici, Oct. 28 (late 18th cent.).

Custodial History

There are two floriated borders and a miniature on fols. 9, 13, and two coats of arms: (1) azure an eagle's leg erased argent (?), unguled gules: (2) or on a fess gules three crescents argent. 'Liber iste est sancti Miniatis inter turres de Flore[n]tia' (15th cent., on fol. 21).
