'Manipulus Episcopalis officii & regiminis editus ut proxime patebit...': the preface gives the author's name as 'Dominicus ... sancte Crucis in Iherusalem sancte Romane ecclesie presbiter cardinalis et Maior Penitentiarius et ecclesie Firmane administrator', i.e. Dominicus Capranicensis. At fol. 198v is an elaborate analysis of the work.
