A Dominican Psalter, Written in the 15th century in Italy
A Dominican Psalter, with musical notes in the Vespers part, and a litany (fol. 117). In the litany St. Dominic occurs twice, once in red, and Stt. Katherine of Siena and Margareta are in red. At the foot of fol. 1 are two angels holding a cord in front of a heart on a fire, by which is a small female figure: the legend is 'B. P. T. A.' The miniatures and ornamentation are delicately and finely worked.
