'...Offitium...beate Virginis secundum consuetudinem Romane Curie', preceded by a Calendar (fol. 1), then:
- 'Offitium misse ... beate Virginis' (fol. 59v)
- '[Septem] Gaudia beate Virginis' (fol. 62: in verse, beg.'Virgo, templum')
- 'Offitium sanctissime Crucis' (fols. 68v, 84v: both the long and short forms)
- 'Offitium defunctorum' (fol. 95)
- 'Psalmi penitentiales', with Litany (fol. 124)
- 'Officium Sancti Spiritus' (fol. 166)
- 'Officium sancte Trinitatis', fol. 195, etc.
The Calendar has Petronius of Bologna in red, on Oct. 4. A leaf is lost after fol. 203, fols. 60, 200 are mutilated, and fol. 68 is torn. The volume was written for a lady's use (fol. 135v).
On fol. 13 are the much-rubbed arms, or a bend azure: on fol. 218v is'Laus Deo mille sie cento quaranta do a di quindese de Octubrio il presente libro ho comprato mi Antonio Regazzeto in campo de Santa Fosca da un strazzariol et pol esser incirca tre cento anni che he fatto et io Antonio sopraditto ho scritto.'.
