Music book containing six songs composed by Horatia Gaisford. The cover indicates that the pieces were composed and dedicated to the Polish nobleman, Prince Adam Czartoryski, and that this book was "Sold for the Benefit of the distressed Refugees in London". The publisher is T.Boosey & Co., 28 Holles St, Oxford St, London. While the book is undated, Adam Jerzy Czartoryski, to whom the pieces are dedicated, lived in exile in London between 1831 and 1832. Portrait of Horatia Gaisford playing Amélina Petit de Billier's harp. On the verso, written in pencil, is "Horatia (the player the harp)". The name "Lady Mount Edgecumbe" is also written, but has been crossed out.This is the only known print of the image.

Sketchbook by Hortia Gaisford, 1820-1824

The sketchbook contains a number of pencil drawings, including a drawing of Horatia's sister, Lady Caroline Edgcumbe, and a drawing of a the The Ionic Temple in Chiswick. Also contained are several botanical watercolours of plant specimens collected by Horatia in European cities including Berne, Morat, Rome, Varese, Nice, and Genoa. Notably, one of the watercolours is labelled "gathered from an olive tree in Lord Byron's garden at Genoa 19 November 1823". Some of the pages are undated.
